I love Giveaways!
Giveaways are so much fun, and it’s always great to get free stuff! Here is my policy for giveaways. Please read these before participating in any giveaways on this site.
Eligibility. Entrants must be 18 or older.
Giveaway sponsors and shipping. Giveaway items will be either: a) purchased directly by me AND mailed by me, or b) provided for me AND mailed by me, or c) provided AND mailed by a third party company. In most cases, giveaways will only be for the US, because of the cost of shipping. If the prize is delivered by me, it will be sent First Class or Media Mail. Jami’s Words is not responsible if third party companies do not send giveaway prizes. However, we will do our best to make contact with said companies and try to resolve any problems.
Participation. By participating, entrants agree with the giveaway policy. Abuse or tampering with the giveaway may result in termination of entrant’s participation.
Winner acceptance and notification. Winner(s) will be selected using a random generator, be announced on my Facebook page and emailed and will be given 48 hours to accept the prize. If no notification has been received by Jami’s Words in that time, a new winner is selected. Winner may waive the prize, but the prize is not transferable.
Disclaimer. Jami’s Words is NOT responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or for allergic reactions, injuries, or accidents caused by a product that has been endorsed here or given away. It is the winner’s responsibility to look at product ingredients, and always consult a doctor before using a product that may be questionable. Jami’s Words reserves the right to cancel a giveaway at any time.
